My skill is in the weaving of many threads to create coherence around complex ideas and information that support our shared goals. My commitment is to needle out where community expertise lies, through more embodied, intuitive and participatory practices.

My skill is in creating group cultures and practices that can preserve an organisation’s principles over the long term. Like any good ferment, I appreciate slow and intentional processes that produce something nourishing to everyone over time.

My skill is in shaping new structures and systems from the resources we have at hand. I am committed to establishing new models of collective ownership that deliver material change for our communities.
