My offerings

Here are some ways we could work together. If you don’t see what you need, reach out! I’m always up for seeing where things could go.

Weaving together collective knowledges

Community research methodology · Political education · Workshops · Co-production · Mentoring · Embodied insights

I like to think about this offer through my love for cloth work. My skill is in the weaving of many threads of knowing to create coherence around complex ideas and information that support our shared goals.

My commitment here is to needle out where community expertise lies, through more embodied, intuitive and participatory practices. At DE, we did this through the way we unearthed hidden research, writing and resources rooted in global majority communities.

As an educator, I focus on the community’s experiential relationship to our dominant systems as a starting point to collective knowledge building.

Some of greatest collective wisdom sits not on an academic paper, but in the hands and hearts of our peoples.

Afterall, If it’s not soulful it’s not strategic. Movement Generation’s Just Transition Principles

Guppi approached our collaborative research project with deep reverence, curiosity and rigour. It was marked by a robust application of principles which reflected her deep practice within solidarity economies. Throughout the project, she centred the sacredness of the tapestry of relationships that informed the body work which emerged.

Alchemising group culture and practice

Team facilitation · Organisational development · Governance · Group process · Leadership coaching

I’m reminded of what I learn as a grower and pickler. My skill is in creating group cultures and practices that can preserve an organisation’s principles through the long run.

My commitment here is to work with the right ingredients to establish a group process in which everyone is held, respected and given space to thrive. Like any good ferment, I appreciate slow and intentional processes that produce something that is nourishing to everyone over time.

As a facilitator, I am guided by Process Work practice — working with awareness of my own inner-world, the energy of the group and the individual in the space. I believe that cultivating trusting relationships and the capacity to move through conflict are the foundations of a strategic collective effort.

Some of the most transformative work we can do is not in our outputs, it’s how we got there together.

And so, If we’re not prepared to govern, we’re not prepared to win. Movement Generation’s Just Transition Principles

Guppi really helped make sure we are all aligned and on the same page, so we could act as a unit. She helped us through the little details that only someone with experience and knowledge of cultures and backgrounds can bring - translating that to being a living principle that can be embodied into our strategy and the work that we do together.

Crafting new strategies and systems

Organising infrastructure · Resource redistribution · Community assets · Community wealth building · Solidarity economic models

I naturally want to build, so I’d describe this offer through my relationship with the earth as a ceramicist. My skill is in working from the ground up to design and establish new structures and systems from the resources we have at hand.

I am committed to establishing new models of collective ownership that deliver material change for our communities. As existing models of the dominant economy crumble — these strategies and systems will meet people on the ground doing the everyday work of sustaining life.

As an infrastructure builder, I’m inspired by some of the most fragile pieces of clay work that have sustained centuries in the ground. Working earth into clay into vessels guides me in thinking about the natural flow of resources. I want to see land, resources, homes and farms operating from the community for generations to come.

Some of the most meaningful changes we can make come from what we can hold collectively,

as such, What the hands do the heart learns. Movement Generation’s Just Transition Principles

Working with Guppi has been a very uplifting and nurturing experience. She has not only taken on the work of Power to Prosper, but she's placed herself at our disposal. She comes into the work as part of a movement, helping with our own movement building. She's acted as an advocate, campaigner and a friend. Coming from other spaces, you may not expect certain things from a consultant relationship, it has always felt like working with someone who is alongside you and journeying with you in the work. I have been continuously astounded by how much effort and care she has put to working with me in particular, and I really value that. I would recommend her highly as a thought partner, strategic thinker and a doer of things that need to get done!
