Guppi worked at the New Economy Organisers Network (and previously New Economics Foundation) for two years to lead the development of their European programme. Her work was focussed on strengthening relationships with movement leaders organising for systemic change across Europe. She organised and trained through workshops in Barcelona, Berlin, Budapest, Brussels and Dublin supporting activists to explore the fundamentals of systems change, including; leadership development, liberation practice, organisational development, movement building and social change.
