Project Overview
I co-designed this 5-month learning journey for over 20 European organisations including Robert Bosch Stiftung, Open Society Foundation and the European Cultural Foundation, among many others. The programme was part of a membership offer by EDGE Funders Alliance to support a deeper understanding of the intersections of structural racism with philanthropic practice.
Project Outcome
We produced a self-guided handbook to support participants through the programme and deliver some internal advocacy on institutional practices. I was invited to support a further conversation with Renata through Ariadne's Susan Treadwell Fellowship Programme in 2024.
