Guppi recently completed a stint in her dream job :) After a year as a member of the Board of Trustees, she took on a 10 month role as Interim Director, covering for parental leave of the existing Director. Guppi was responsible for growing the team over this period to fulfill the newly developed Organisational Strategy, producing a Business Plan, developing our four campaign areas alongside the staff and raising funds for future projects. During her time, the organisation released two valuable reports including Selling the military and launch of the Patients Not Passports campaign. Her most enjoyable work in this role was also strengthening the organisation’s commitments to solidarity and justice through team culture, movement building and partnerships. A few of the interesting project ideas that were worked on are explored on the blogs and in the Annual Report 2018-2019.
