Guppi worked on the relaunch of Medact, an organisation that mobilises the medical profession towards social justice campaigning. Her role concentrated on the Climate & Ecology project which designed research projects on food, air pollution, fracking and nuclear energy and their connections to health inequalities. She contributed to the health analysis of the UNFCCC reports and supported the development of a health, food and land report by building stakeholder engagement.
